Hey Roger Evans, Why don't you bring the tiger mascot to the game tonight. Everyone is looking to you for it, since you so viividly remember it being snitched from the glass case. Where have you kept it anyway? Is it in your living room? I hope everyone has a great time. While, I'm not going to be there, I love to be a fly on the wall listening to the stories of the "glory days". I can hear them now . . . Remember when . . . Yeah, and do you remember when. . . If anyone sees Jim Sams, asking him about this. Remember when we ate the 12 apples from the cafeteria while ducking out on baseball practice and Coach Shine came him and saw us eating apples with our feet up on the table? Somebody ask Jim what happen to us. I'll give you a hint, we both ended up on the toilet all night after running 10 miles. Although those apples were good, but I couldn't eat one for a month after that. Regards to all, Jack |

Hey everyone from our class of 68 I envy all of you that are going to be at the reunion!! My thoughts will be with you all weekend. My husband Gary wore out his knees being an electrician for 40 years. So he has to have knee surgery on both knees making this year impossible. I do so hope they have a 45th since it is Cuyahoga Falls celebration year I hear. Love to all who do and don't remember me!! Bonnie If Pete Ulrich stops in give him my greatest of love. |

This website is outstanding! It blows my mind to read through all the comments. Talk about the glory days! Sure brings back those memories and they are all good. It's good to see so many folks still in the Falls area. Trudy and I moved to Springfield, Va. in 1974 and are still here. We have really lost touch with everyone back there and that is sad. After raising five children and sports galore, we never had time to leave the area. What an excuse. But that's my story and I am sticking to it. Not sure we will be able to make the reunion this time, our first grandchild is on the way the last week of Sept. Hope you all have a great time though. Oh and Roger , but back the missing tiger! | I have one question please. How did we get here so darn fast! 40 years ....it seems like yesterday! I am still living in SC, same husband, guess I'll keep him! He's well trained! I would love to come and see everyone but this has been such a busy year for our family that I've already used up 4 weeks vacation! Long stretch to 2009! But after February 24th it won't be a problem! I am retiring from Banking after 21 years. I will dig through some photos and see what I can find. Have a Blast I love SC but sure miss all of you! | |||

Greetings to All! This is the best Falls High Class website on the internet, bar none! Thank you to Mark Noonan and Don Pesich for putting this together. In reading the entries everyone is writing, I find myself in awe of all the talent our class possesses. We just keep growing and getting better. It is nice to know that we are continuing to learn, even in our fifties. Remember when we used to think that life stopped when you hit middle-age? The "In Memory of" is a gentle reminder that we are not infallible, as we once thought, and reading the tributes bring back memories and an appreciation for those who have gone on without us. A great touch. Thanks again, Mark and Don, for such a terrific website. Sue |

I'm with Mike Bachtel - all of you retired people should keep it to yourselves - you're making us who still work very jealous. I've been living in Cincinnati for 31 years, and would love to hear from anyone who is travelling through on your way to sunnier climes. Even though I've been here for most of my adult life, I have never given up my loyalty for the Browns & Indians. It would be nice if they would win something while I'm still somewhat lucid. It would be a bummer for the Browns to win a Super Bowl and be too senile to know it! :-) For further details on my life, visit the Then & Now, Wow pages. I look forward to seeing many of you in October. Howard J. |

My parents still live in the Falls, and I come home 2-3 times a year and always surprised that I don't run into someone I know. I unfortunately have made plans for Oct 2-11 and can not attend this anticipated reunion. I am so sad....any chance to reschedule???? I will be in the Falls, August 3-8 if anyone is home then. Hi, I missed the 30th, so I so looking forward to this renuion. It is so amazing that it has been 40 years. I agree with some of the comments, that with age and experience and tradgy we grow and learn. It will be so wonderful to really hear and connect without all that teenage crap in between. I am so sad to see all the classmates that have passed. Look forward to seeing so many people that I have so many memories with. Sincerely, Mary |

| Hey - hi everybody from the class of 68, even other classes! It is so wonderful to have the opportunity thru the generous time and energy of Mark and Don - to reconnect with old friends. So many memories from the days of growing up in Cuyahoga Falls! I really hope many of us can touch base during the reunion informal activities. Will be so fun to attend a football game AND I love the idea of homecoming mums with the black pipecleaner "CF" on them! Remember those ladies??? And Don - will you wear your saddles? See you in the Fall in the Falls! | |||

This is going to be fun! There are some things that just get better with age. Gray hair? Who cares! Hair vs. no hair? So what! Reading glasses? Got mine on right now! (By the way, I like the idea of picture name tags with LARGE print.) I just got back from Dairy Queen eating a Snickers Blizzard with my son, Jonathan, who just graduated from high school a few weeks ago. Calories? Some things are just more important! |

I am not really shure what happened.....I blinked twice, turned around three times and 40 years went sailing by. Wow! What's really scary is the older folks (not me) tell me that if you think time went fast then, wait until you get old. I still reside in the area, Munroe Falls. It is a great place to live. I have been married for 33 years, raised four children and enjoying two grandchildren. Life has been good to me and I am really looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion. |

Well I am from the Class of '67 and you can refresh your recollection a little more by going to http://www.falls67.com. Who knows, maybe some of us older kids will crash the '68 party in October. Great job Don and Mark. I graduated from Akron U in '71, went to Columbus and law school, got a job and stayed. Been married twice and the second attachment (to Carol) came with better glue. Two daughters by the first marriage and a son who is getting ready to move on out. Good luck with the reunion -- we had great fun with our 40th last year. Our 45th reunion will line up with the Falls' 200th birtday and a parade float may be in our 45th reunion plans. |

Hi TIGERS, Greetings from Fairfax, VA suburban Washington, DC. Mark and Don, the website is AWESOME!!! Can't wait for the reunion! Thanks for all the work you guys are doing! Hey, can we find any of those blocks the Pep Club had so you could hear us clapping with gloves on??!! And mums... We have to have mums!!! My husband, Al, and I will be moving to the Sunset Beach, NC area after he retires in Feb. 2009. The golf plantations are calling us!! Our children, Emily and Matt, both adopted as babies from Korea, are now 21 and 19. Emily was at the 20th and had just turned one. They are both going to East Carolina Univ., in Greenville, NC. I have been a special education instructional assistant at their secondary school(7th-12th grades) for the passed 6 years. There are 5,000 people in our building, 4,400 students. It's larger than some small cities! Can't wait to see everyone. Hey Dave..will e-mail soon!!! Promise! Where are Nancy Clough, Bruce Digby, Paula Givler, and Pam Brandy?? I think Jack and Trudy Palmer are still in this area. I'll see if I can locate them. So sad to see all the memorials... Again, fabulous website!! |

Hi All, Looking forward to our 40th reunion in October! I hope a lot of you will make the trip to Ohio. It should be a lot of fun. I live in the area and work at Goodyear. I married Jim Tangenberg (Class of '66) way back in 1970! We have 2 children, Scott and Carrie, and 2 beautiful granddaughters who live in California. Wonderful Job Don!! I love the website! Hi All! Can't believe 40 years have already passed since we walked the halls of Old Falls High. So many things have changed in all our lives. I am married to a wonderful guy named Chuck Heinl who is from Stow. We moved to St Petersburg Florida about 7 years ago, then about 4 years ago we bought a house in beautiful Brandon, Florida and have now made it our home. I have 2 sons, Jim, who lives in Norton and is married to a kindergarden teacher, and Matthew, who is also married and lives in Linden, Tenn. I have 2 beautiful granddaughters, Kelsie who is 14 and goes to Kent Roosevelt high school and Catie, who is 3. We travel back and forth to Cuyahoga Falls about once a year to see family and friends. I would love to see the class get together for a reunion. It might be kind of late this year to get everyone together this year, but hopefully soon! I would love to see all the old classmates. Keep up the great work on the website, its our only real connection to each other! Hoping to hear from some of you soon. |

Nice site! Anyway, living in Colorado Springs, Colorado, for whatever that's worth! Not retired (just tired). As soon as I locate enough stuff, will post photos. Short end of things is that I have hardly been in Ohio except to visit family and even not that so much lately. I have a daughter who is 16 and finishing Sophomore year in High School, with whom I do competitive Irish dancing (even competed in Akron once a couple of years back). That's all for now. |

Life is good! Since graduation, life has blessed me with one husband, two daughters, four dogs and a thousand and some students. I married an Akron U(former Firestone High School) band member who is still pretty terrific after thirty-six years. Gary and I travel from Cuyahoga Falls to Raleigh, North Carolina many times throughout the year to visit our daughter, Amy, who teaches second graders. Erin, daughter #2, is the assistant manager at a local Fashion Bug.I have taught sixth graders at Bolich for the last sixteen years and formerly taught kindergarten at Preston for nineteen years. What a great way to learn about life! |
