I retired from Lockheed Martin in 2014 after 38+ years there (thought it wouldn't last...) We enjoy travel, our families (especially the grandkids), and I ride a road bike with a local club several times a week. I try to fit an annual multi-day bike trip. I won't be able to attend in September, but send my best to everyone.

Myself, in a nut shell: Graduate from Kent State with BS in Secondary Education; Masters in Computer Science from Ashland University. Spent 30.3 years with the Canton City School District, first as a secretary (while finishing my degrees), then as a business teacher before retiring in December, 2004.
Married: 36 years to Lynn (aka Waf) who is Director of Facilities/Athletics for Canton City Schools and an assistant football coach at Canton McKinley High School.
Children: Two daughters. Courtney (27), also a KSU grad in Fashion Merchandising, is currently working and living in New York City. Holly (22), a senior at Kent State majoring in health-related studies, plans to attend grad school next year for physical therapy.
In our now pic, we do have marks on our foreheads because our oldest was in a Hindu wedding over July 4th. A very interesting experience! Thanks, so much, to all of you who worked so hard to put this website together. It has really been fun reconnecting with our past!
Sue Coy (Rice)
Retired Teacher Married 2 4 NoMy husband and I will celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2019. We have been so very blessed. Gary and I raised a son and a daughter. We live in Munroe Falls. All 4 of us graduated from Kent State. Our kids still live in the area and each has a son and a daughter. We have 4 grandchildren who have brought us much joy. I spent most of my professional life as an HR Director. Now that I am retired I do volunteer work, including teaching ESL at Jennings. I also write and am starting to get some stuff published.
In 2016 I lost my twin sister Sandi to cancer. Every now and then I run into a '68 classmate. We don't always recognize each other, though, so maybe that number is higher than I think it is!

October 2017 An update.
Hoping to see everyone at our 50th! We have a great group of classmates working on the preparations and plans for an awesome September 2018 event!
On a personal note, I am retired from teaching math in the Stow Munroe Falls School District and a short career with Apple. I am trying to golf, enjoy traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. I am living in Silver Lake with a cute Australian Labradoodle, Sydney. He keeps things lively.
I have 6 beautiful grandchildren, 3 boys and 3 girls ages ranging from 7 to 16 years old.
Life continues to move upward and onward. I'm very grateful for the many blessings I've experienced.
2007?? Life has been good!
My husband Bill and I live in Munroe Falls, not far from where I teach math at the middle school in Stow. Bill is a retired anesthesiologist and we have been married for 18 years. My children are grown. Matthew lives the Columbus Ohio (go Bucks) area and he and his wife Nikki have two little girls, Kennedy and Abbie. My son Joshua and and daughter Jennifer live in Jackson Township. Jenn is married to Jeremy and has a little boy, Tyler and baby girl, Elleana.
I finished my Bachelor's after my children had finished middle school. Returning to the University of Akron in 1992 and graduating in 1994. Soooooo very different did I find the campus to be in the 90's compared to the late 60's and early 70's. I was fortunate to get a teaching position in the Stow Munroe Falls City School District and have been teaching math since then. I have also taught Instructional Technology in the College of Education at the U of Akron as a part time instructor.
I earned my Masters in Education in 2004! I agree with Pam Brown, not easy returning to school this late in life - but goal accomplished.
So many fond memories of our high school days and just growing up in Cuyahoga Falls! It will be great to see everyone in October!
Hugs and good wishes to all of you!

Greg and I live in the little village of Fontana on Geneva Lake in Wisconsin. It's a great location, a short walk to the lake, about one hour to Milwaukee, Chicago and Madison. Close to beautiful state parks and hiking trails. One to four hours from our children and grandchildren, ages one to twenty-one. Greg is still working hard. I retired four years ago. I have continued to stay busy volunteering on the board of the Association for Prevention of Family Violence and the steering committee for New Beginnings, working on planning and raising funds for a women's shelter in our county. We live with two sweet toy poodles, Zoe and Ruby. I spend my "free time" walking, doing a little gardening, volunteering, doing fun things with our friends and children. I love to cook and would probably redecorate the house on a rotating basis if I could. I golf a bit, however Greg is the real golfer in the family. We are making our bucket list of travels for the years after Greg retires. Just made our reservations and we are looking forward to seeing friends at our reunion in September.
Looking forward to seeing friends of yesteryear and visiting CF in July. Unfortunately Greg can't get away from work so I will be solo. There are advantages to retiring from my full time responsibilities. I can usually set my own schedule. Left Aurora University George Williams College last September. In February a former colleague/friend and I started Windward Communications, a small (read 3 employees) marketing and events organization out of Madison, Wisc., although I do most of my work from home in Fontana. Looking forward to a few more years of planning and marketing events large and small.
President, Integra Married 3 NoWe still live on the west end of Lake Geneva in Fontana, Wisconsin. Although past "the age of retirement" I have chosen to continue leading Integra to expand their business and manufacturing capacity. We are ther manufacturers of furniture used in the public areas of major institutions such as univeristies, medical centers and airline member club rooms at airports around the United States.
My wife, Jan (Eldridge), and I spend time with family and friends, enjoy hiking, cooking, golfing and taking short trips. Our children now live within a 1-4 hour drive of our home. Our grandchildren range from 1 to 21 years of age. Fortunately, we continue to be in decent health and are looking forward to seeing many CFHS classmates at our reunuin in September.

Hello to everybody! Where have all the years gone?
Since Falls High and Ohio State, I've worked in and around politics and government in Columbus for my entire career. Held the position of Executive Director of the Capitol Square Foundation - a non-profit educational foundation aimed at the historic preservation of the Ohio State House.
Now, I am a self-employed consultant/lobbyist representing clients before the Ohio General Assembly and various state agencies.

I have been blessed with five beautiful grandchildren - Sammy Milo Pesich (6 years), Brady Edward Pesich (4), Cody Benjamin Smith (almost 6), beautiful little Maya Smith (20 months), and our little angel Marley Grace Pesich (1 month)
It's great seeing everyone that comes to the reunions! It's amazing how many warm and positive memories come back to me from the days at Falls. Hope to see everyone at each of our future reunions! - Don

Mary Maher and I were married in ‘73. We have three sons and one daughter who have all grown up. Our first grandson was born last year and we live in suburban
My job has given me opportunities to travel, meet new people, and learn new technologies. I’ve worked in the pharmaceuticals, insurance, hi-tech, and natural resources industries. Currently I’m managing a training project for a Canadian mining firm. The photo shows me behind the wheel of a front-end loader at one of their mines. The best part of my job is working with a great team of smart young people and the challenge of working with new and demanding clients.
Hobbies include jogging, music, theatre, travel, gardening, and grandfathering. Our kids are spread all around so we enjoy travelling to see them.

Clinical Social Worker Single Again 1 2 Yes https://www.facebook.com/diane.gregg.395After high school, went to Akron U, back-packed through Europe and Morocco, lived for a short time in Chicago. Raised my son in Bath. Got my Masters in Social Work at CWRU. Worked at University Hospitals of Cleveland for 18 years as a clinician and manager. In 2006, moved to Baltimore to take a great position at the University of Maryland Medical Center as director of social work and 3 other clinical departments. Loved living there and made many dear friends. But, lost my position due to a re-structure late in 2015. Considering my age and missing my son, dtr-in-law and twin granddtrs (the "twisters"), I decided to move to the Chicago area in 2016 to be close to them.
I am so proud of the person that my son, Sean, has become. Besides being successful professionally, he is a loving husband, father and son. His father, step-father and I take some credit for helping him develop a strong inner compass. But, Sean set his own course in life.
These days, I enjoy being "Grandma DiDi" and continue to practice meditation and yoga, hike and weight lift. Enjoy researching my geneology (some surprises there!) and plan to compile this information and the stories I have been told into a narrative for my family. Contemplating what else feeds my soul and how I can contribute to the greater good with the time that I have left. Decided a few years ago that being kinder in thought, feeling and action was my most important contribution to the world. It's a work in progress! In the meantime, I aim to be an old lady who is fit, relevent, a bit classy and sassy, and fearless about speaking truth to power. I look forward to spending time with all of you. What a pleasure this will be!
Property Manager Married 2 Yes https://www.facebook.com/kuttler2017Moved to NYC (5 years) right after the shooting at Kent State. Lived in L.A. (20 years), northern California, Nevada City, Ca. Washington D.C., Charlottesville, Va., have some vacation rentals in Cape Charles, Va., taken about 15 or so summer abroad trips with students (mostly Europe) and now semi- retired (ha ha)- with one child just graduated from Christopher Newport University in Virginia, moved to D.C. and is now looking for a job, and one who is a junior at Dennison (yeah, Ohio), but doing her semester abroad at St. Andrews in Scotland will I ever really retire? Now I live in Bloomsburg, Pa., with my partner of 16 years, a college professor, named Mark. Yes, Mark. When it is legal to marry in the state in which we reside, we will do so. In the meantime, we have domestic partner benefits here at this state University, something I fear will never happen in Virginia. If you're wondering if we're politically active, yes, we are. Perhaps not the same party or beliefs as some of you, but time has taught me to speak my truth, consider other beliefs, decide what works best for me, and leave you to your truths. Its so much better this way !!

Hello to All. I graduated from Ohio University in 1972 and then again in 1978 with a masters in learning disabilities and behavioral disorders. I taught special education for many years and then went back to school at age 47 (I do not recommend this) and became an educational psychologist.

Still working - however living and working in Florida is being on vacation all year long. After working 20 years in the "golf" industry I switched seven (7) years ago to a private yacht club- it's been an amazing job- I have learned so much. It's challenging and exciting! Needless to say probably why I haven't retired yet! I love my job - love Naples and still love to golf and boat!
And, I am planning on attending the 50th Reunion!
I have been working in the golf industry for the past 20 years- all aspects, from golf store proprietor, golf shop merchandiser for private clubs, and membership/marketing for private clubs. My golf store was in Bel Air, Md. I sold it and moved to Florida in 1994. Although I still play golf, boating is my favorite past time. The Gulf of Mexico is beautiful and the pleasant weather year round is unbeatable. Two children, four grandchildren - and a wonderful husband. Life has been extremely good to me. My parents still live in Cuyahoga Falls and I come home 2-3 times a year to visit.
August 2017 Update:
Barb Tresh spoke with Kathy and here is an update on how she is doing. If you note from her original note, she has a rare disease that is debilitating.
She sounded great!
She told me she is going to a bar on Wednesdays to do "lip-sinking" which is better than her singing because she would clear out the bar.
Doesn't write anymore, too hard for her.
She gave up on her autobiography because it was getting to long.
She had to give up her Lego building. Had to give her creations away when she was in a nursing home. She built a working carousel which she loved.
She has been in 3 nursing homes but is now in a foster home with caregivers.
She has 3 tattoos, drum sticks on her neck (she is taking drum lessons), "Born to Run" on her right arm because she loves BRUCE, and on the other arm, RAGE, because she is sick of being sick.
She has had 3 knee surgeries and now walks with a walker.
She had a crush on Roger Evans in high school.
She loves Cuyahoga Falls and the high school and misses Ohio!
So, if you are ever in Springfield Oregon, Kathy would love to see you.

To All Reunion Committee Members And My Dearest Friends of '68!
Oh how I would desperately love to see you!
After my work for feminism, I decided to go West in December of 1987, for freedom and better medical care! I am very weak and ill from my rare birth defect, Ehler's Danlos Syndrome. It took years but finally I have a great doctor. I need wheel chairs but not all the time. I can still walk and still dance (very little) and I need an electric hospital bed. I have suffered a great deal but who has had a perfect life anyway! I worked security for a Community Concert Center when I first arrived for seven years, but then I started getting weaker than I already was!
Now I pass on my knowledge to the younger women who help care for me and try to keep on truckin'!
I want to thank all of you and your parents who were so very kind to me! We were truly a family! And thank you for putting up with me! And you were always so kind to my grandfather! Thank you!
I am working on my autobiography but still need to do a lot of work, yet. And, I'm an expert Lego-builder! On model houses, model cars, Star Wars Transports, etc.
I need Mrs. Bucey, Mr. Stitt, Mr. Birdie and Coach Ross to help me tell you how much you mean to me!
I will and do love my class of '68, I thought you were a great President, Chris Hart! Maybe you should be running - you've got my vote!
Love to all!
"Mama Fitz" Kathy Fitzgerald "Fitz"
Donna "Fitz" I "stalked" you all those great years!
I'm very sorry, I don't know who is married and excuse the attempt at spelling and my memory! I've still got my yearbook - it's fantastic - but to my wrists and fingers, it's mighty heavy!
Kathy "Fitz" 1-541-485-5850 4PM - 5PM Pacific time! (It's approximately 7PM - 8PM your time)
I hate computers - so I'm not on the "net."
Jack Eggers - Hey! How ya doin'? We had some funny times! You were great!
Greg Novelli - I'm so happy for all your success, if anybody could have done it, it had to be you and your dedication and smarts! Love Kathy, be well!!!

Fraud Investigator Single Again YesHi, everybody! Wow. It's great to be able to connect with you all. I just read everyone's profile. What a lot of livin' we have done. I'm working in Sacramento, CA. I've been in the mortgage business for the past 20+ years, in one phase or another, but working in fraud investigation for the last 10 years. Funny - I'm not on Facebook - we find a lot of bad guys that way. LOL. I could not wait to move out of Ohio after graduation, so after my first year of college at Kent, I took a two week vacation to southern California to see my two Brothers off to Vietnam via the US Navy. I stayed in California for a few years, not two weeks. Palm trees - who knew? I got work right away modeling and starving and then home sick. I returned to Ohio and met my first husband. We moved to Chicago. I finished my degree at Elmhurst College in Illinois. Fifteen years later, we divorced and I moved back to California. As a traveling contractor in the mortgage biz, I traveled to many different cities across the US and loved everyone of them for there uniqueness. I love to work, so I may not retire for a few years, but I'm considering a few favorite places - maybe Sedona, AZ. After reading about all of our classmates we lost way too soon, I feel that we are the lucky ones to be able to continue on. Party on, Garth!
